Here you will find all the information you need to book your picnic! If you have additional questions, we would love to hear from you.
Picnics scheduled at our locations will receive a map, parking suggestions, and any other need to know information, at the time of booking. On the day of your picnic, we will text you a pin drop of where your picnic is exactly located. Please only arrive maximum 5-minutes in advance to your reservation time.

Inclusions
Picnic for 2-12
A one-hour reservation for picnics 2 to 6, or a one-and-a-half-hour reservation for picnics 7 to 12. A tablescape of your choice (see below) complete with everything needed to dine and fresh flowers. Location choice at one of our signature sceneries (see below), your property, or request a new location (may require additional cost/permit).
Includes water carafes, specialty beverage of your choice, ice for drinks, complimentary delivery of your local food order (within 2 miles of picnic location), and comfort items depending on the weather (single umbrella, fan, bubble tent, blankets.)

Picnic for 13-18
A two-hour reservation in a tablescape of your choice (see below) complete with everything needed to dine and fresh flowers. Location choice at one of our signature sceneries (see below), your property, or request a new location (may require additional cost/permit).
Includes beverage display table complete with drink dispensers of water, your choice in specialty beverage, and ice bucket for drinks. Complimentary delivery of your local food order (within 2 miles of picnic location) and comfort items depending on the weather (blankets or fans).

Picnic for 19+
A three-hour reservation in a tablescape of your choice (see below) or collaborate on your event’s theme and custom inclusions complete with everything needed to dine and fresh flower arrangements. Location at your property or request a list of our favorite outdoor or indoor locations (requires additional cost/permit).
Includes beverage display table complete with drink dispensers, one with water and second for your use (does not include specialty beverage), plus ice bucket. Complimentary delivery of your local food order (within 2 miles of picnic location) and comfort items depending on the weather (blankets or fans).

Would you like to request a tablescape change? Themes and customizations are welcome for picnics 19+ guests! All smaller picnic sizes require additional fee(s) – please contact us for a quote, it may be worth getting exactly what you envision.

Manito Park
Mirror Pond + more
Located on the south-hill of Spokane, this 78-acre park is a must-see by both locals and visitors. The pond has nearby parking, wildlife, and stunning views. Want an extra intimate location? Inquire about the Rose Gardens! (additional fee applies). Alcohol not permitted, privacy is not guaranteed.
For picnics 19+ this is a beautiful park that welcomes special accommodations, including possibility for alcohol. Consider learning more from the Parks and Rec website on ‘Specialty Events’, click here. Or request our assistance to contact the park for you.
Riverfront Park
3+ location options
Listen to the trickling water as it bends through the park, or the roaring falls passing the bridge. This is the best way to rest after walking downtown and enjoying what Spokane is known for! Alcohol not permitted, privacy is not guaranteed.
Watch the colorful lights under the Pavilion at dusk with our smores kit! Or are looking for a more secluded area? Ask us and we will make it happen!
Huntington Park
Watch the roaring Spokane Falls and feel the mist. Bask in the presence of the Monroe Street Bridge – Spokane’s identifying landmark. This location is also great for sunsets, as it faces west! Alcohol not permitted, privacy is not guaranteed.
Kendall Yards
2 location options
The Kendall Yards neighborhood offers two locations the Nest with spectacular views and Olstead Brothers Park with open grass picnic vibes. Alcohol may permitted upon request, privacy is not guaranteed. This is a great option for picnics of all sizes and occasions.
The Glow Co.
Indoor event space. Add $150/hour.
The relaxing aura of The Glow Co. brings calmness to your indoor picnic. With aged brick walls, dried herbs hanging from the ceiling, and a scent of essential oils, you will not be disappointed. A minimum of 3-weeks advance notice is required and only available evenings (6pm and later) or anytime Sundays. Add $150/hour paid per the venue’s room rental fee.
Deer Lake Beach
Based on Availability
A dreamy beach picnic can be yours with this destination just 45-60 minutes north of Spokane. An umbrella is provided, or you can rent our white tents. Based on park’s availability, alcohol may be permitted upon request, privacy is not guaranteed.
